The circulations of all the issues of the journal «Industrial energy», come out in 2009 (№ 1-9) were printed in time and in full in accordance with the requests of subscription agencies.

Unfortunately, this year some of our readers have received the journals time-lagged or haven’t received at all. It happened because of subscription agencies, which didn’t pay for the circulations to the publishing.

One of such an agency, which doesn’t meet its commitments, is OOO «GC Commersant-Kur’er».
